  2. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on distance and other factors and will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Zones and Timelines

We offer hyperlocal delivery to all areas within the Hyderabad city limits.

  • Same-day delivery: Orders placed by 12:00 PM IST will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be delivered on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Process

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to confirm a convenient delivery time.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the order may be cancelled and a refund processed, minus shipping charges.
