Shipping Policy for Customers of Hyderabad:

  • Instant delivery available for Hyderabad customers for orders placed between 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM.
  • Natural farming products take a minimum of 2 hours to ship, depending on the order quantity.

Shipping Policy – Pan India Deliveries

1. Serviceable Locations

  • We currently offer Pan-India shipping across most pin codes in India.
  • Serviceability depends on courier partner availability for the selected delivery address.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or during promotional periods.
  • Any special shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote or non-metro locations
  • Government regulations or unforeseen circumstances

5. Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate address details.
  • Emerald Mithai Shop is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Perishable items are not eligible for re-shipment once delivery fails.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
  • We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution as per policy.

8. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.

10. Taxes & Duties

Any applicable taxes, duties, or charges—including GST, customs duty, import/export taxes, or any other government levies imposed after shipment, whether within India or internationally—shall be borne by the customer/consignee. Emerald Comestibles PVT LTD will not be responsible for these charges.
