Exchange, refunds and cancellations

How to cancel ?

write to us at ecom.emeraldmithai@gmail.com If you cancel your order before your food items have been shipped, we will refund the amount.

If the product gets shipped we cannot cancel your order. The refund for the same will be made in the same method that the payment is received, within 10 to 15 working days from the date of cancellation. The above cancellation time frame is only for orders placed on emeraldmithaishop.com

DAMAGED/IN-CORRECT PRODUCT 

If you receive a damaged/ In-correct product, please take Video and pictures of the product and contact ecom.emeraldmithai@gmail.com within 12 hours upon receiving the order.
Exchanges :

Exchanges are only considered only if the request is made to the  ecom.emeraldmithai@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information (including photographs) to help EMERALD COMESTIBLES PVT.LTD take a decision.

There will be no refund if the taste of the product is not to the customer’s liking or if the customer thinks it is not good enough as long as the product is within expiry date.
